The biggest thing that has made me happy this week is easy.
The weather is finally starting to get cool. It is no longer like the ninth ring of Hades around here.
You can walk outside and get something out of the car without looking as if you have been swimming. It is nice enough to sit on the porch and read for hours now, too.
I love this time of year.

Oh I'm with you on that. Maybe we should take the opportunity to knit for a bit on your porch before we park ourselves in front of the TV tomorrow.

I agree about the cooler weather! So nice to have the cooler days. But what really made me smile this week was spending a little time with my future father-in-law while we demolished my kitchen walls.

It has been SO nice! My music appreciation students were begging to get blankets and go sit under the trees with their mp3s and appreciate music! I so wanted to let them, but we had a test scheduled. One day soon!
